GROUP CLASSES
Join a group class designed to help you achieve your goals of building strength and losing weight while having fun with a small community! Group classes are the most affordable option for those that are looking to improve their health and fitness goals. With a more intimate setting of 6-12 people per group class, Joy is still there to offer you that 1:1 assistance. Although group classes are not tailored, you will still get an intense workout of building strength, muscle, and endurance.
